Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Dynamic Process Group, Inc. ("DPG," "we," "us") collects through www.dynamicprocessgroup.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a business-to-business wafer processing company, and the information we collect is mostly business contact information from engineers and buyers who contact us about a project.
1. Information you give us
- Quote requests. When you use our Request a Quote form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, company, email, phone number, and project details.
- Contact forms. Our contact forms collect your name, email, phone number, company or address, subject, and message.
- Live chat. If you use the chat window, we collect your name, email, and the questions you send.
- Email, phone, and orders. When you email or call us, or place an order, we keep the correspondence and the business information needed to quote, process, ship, and invoice your job.
2. Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, we and the service providers listed below automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, the site that referred you, and approximate location based on your IP address. This is collected using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

4. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and communicate about your project.
- To process, ship, and invoice orders and keep required business and quality records.
- To screen customers and shipments as required by U.S. export control and sanctions laws.
- To understand how our site is used and improve it.
- To measure our advertising and follow up with companies that show interest in our services.
- To send occasional business emails about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To protect our business and comply with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We share information only with the service providers described above, with carriers and payment processors as needed to complete your order, when required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information with other companies for their own direct marketing.
Our advertising partners may use cookies to show our ads to you on other websites. You can limit this using the choices in section 7.
6. Do Not Track
Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from web browsers. You can still control cookies using the options below.
7. Your choices
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features, such as chat, may not work without them.
- Google. Manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- LinkedIn. Manage ad settings in your LinkedIn account under Settings & Privacy > Advertising data.
- Microsoft. Manage ad personalization at account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings.
- Email. Reply "unsubscribe" to any marketing email from us, or email us at the address below.
- Review, correct, or delete your information. Email us to ask what personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. We will respond within 30 days. We may keep information we need for orders, quality records, tax, or legal compliance.
8. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and quote information for as long as it is useful for the business relationship. Order, quality, and financial records are kept for at least 7 years. Website analytics data is kept according to each provider's retention settings.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Visitors outside the United States
We are based in the United States, and information collected through our site is processed and stored in the United States.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
